Do you accept pre-orders?

Do you accept installments?
At our stores, you can conveniently make BDO Credit Card installment payments, while on Shopee, we offer the option of SPayLater, and Lazada provides LazPayLater for your payment flexibility.
What is the estimated shipping and delivery timeframe for orders?
For orders placed on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, the items will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 days.
The shipping lead time for NCR/Luzon areas is approximately 3-5 days, while for Visayas/Mindanao areas, it is around 7-10 days. Please check the estimated time of arrival (ETA) on your Lazada account for more accurate details. It's worth noting that the delivery may arrive earlier depending on the shipping circumstances.
