Quartersawn Maple
Quartersawn maple is more stable and resistant to warping than flat-sawn (regular cut) maple because its grain runs more vertically, reducing moisture-related expansion and contraction.
RJ Designed Compound Neck Profile
SOFT V-C (.826" - .905")
Custom designed compound neck profile combining vintage soft "V" from the first fret for better thumb placement in low register notes and soft "C" shape for more flawless thumb gliding towards the heel.
Compound Fretboard Radius
9" - 12"
9" fretboard radius from the first fret for better chord playing at low register and 12" radius on the 22nd fret for easier slides and bends at high register notes.
